This enemy has mediocre health and insane DPS, so you have to treat it like a less durable R.Ost with only 1 knockback but more DPS. You'll have to deploy many meatshields and rangers when warding them off. This enemy's biggest weaknesses lie in its low range and speed.
Strategy[]
Due to Manic Island Cat's high DPS but somewhat low-ish health, the best way to deal with it is to spam Area Attackers that can outrange it like Cyborg Cat or Drama/Slapsticks Cats. It will still probably advance and kill some of your stack, but killing a stack of these will allow you to recover your losses and spam more of them.
Ogre Island is the first stage in which Manic Island Cat appears in, which has a Berserkory in it. Naturally, any ranged Wave Shield units are optimal, namely Hatsune Miku: MM2020 Tokyo or Eva Unit-00. Because of the Manic Island's extreme DPS at close range, Octopus Cat will be unable to consistently block Berserkory's waves.
