Strategy/Usage[]
Mighty Kat-A-Pult is a similar tanker to Sea Maiden Ruri. The crew has incredible health against their target, but their usage is bogged down in several aspects, primarily their extremely long cooldown for a tank, their blindspot and low damage. These problems are further exacerbated in their niche, as zombies are generally low-ranged pushers and it does not have any offensive abilities to deal with ranged threats, so it ends up absorbing damage from them while doing nothing. More often than not, your other anti-zombie specialists would be doing most of the work. With that being said though, they can still be useful sometimes, due to their good ability to soak up zombie damage, ability to provide a pretty good weaken when it hits, and offer decent support against foes that can be annoying and enemy peons. Additionally, if a Zombie Burrows or Revives onto them, they can use that Zombie enemy as a stepping stone to attack and Weaken other Zombies. Although they may not be as good as Subterra Guardians or other Ubers in their set, they can still help sometimes and provide use in certain cases.
True Form[]
The standing range and AOE increase do make them better by reducing their blindspot and making them less vulnerable to enemy rangers. However, these do not change much about this unit's overall performance as a generalist or specialist.
Ultra Form[]
CAT-10 Gigapult is a massive improvement to this unit, not only improving its usage against Zombies, but also giving it Relic targeting. Since CAT-10 Gigapult was a unit that was heavily reliant on stats, boosting them to level 60 gives them ridiculous amounts of health against targeted traits. Having over one million effective health without weaken, and far surpassing two million with it. Their weaken ability is also of extremely good quality, as it now has both 100% proc chance and very close to 100% uptime against both traits. (The uptime against Relics is only seven hundredths of a second away from being 100%)
CAT-10 Gigapult also possesses some of the craziest LD in the game, having tons of piercing range while basically having no blindspot at all. Even Doge variants cannot enter this blindspot without speed clipping, which goes to show how insignificant it is. The only time their blindspot may be a problem is if a burrowing zombie gets inside of it, and even then CAT-10 Gigapult can easily tank hits with their millions of health against Zombies. This also improves their weaken ability, as they are now able to nearly permanently weaken an entire field of Relics and Zombies.
Lastly, CAT-10 Gigapult gained a DPS increase of around 60%. This is the biggest improvement that this unit received in Ultra Form by far, as it is now one of the best generalists in the game. While 10k DPS isn't a crazy number in comparison to other level 60 ubers, their insanely wide LD makes it so that this DPS is applied to basically the entire field. This is something that no other uber can replicate, as ubers with CAT-10 Gigapult's level of piercing range usually come with a big blindspot, with prime examples being Daliasan and Aphrodite. Their general usage is truly ridiculous. They have great DPS, amazing piercing range, almost no blindspot, and also very high health. The only stats that CAT-10 Gigapult are truly lacking in is cost and cooldown, although this is pretty much entirely insignificant due to how much value you can get by simply sending one CAT-10 Gigapult out on the field.
CAT-10 Gigapult also gains Curse and Toxic Immune. Curse is essential for an Anti-Relic and is a great improvement to this unit, while toxic simply makes CAT-10 Gigapult better against enemies that happen to possess that ability, with Zollow and Big Peng Z being prime examples.
Talents[]
All of this unit's talents are fairly mediocre for their extreme cost. Stat talents are obviously helpful given their ability to tank zombies and hit threats at range, but they don't do much more, even with Catseyes and Ultra Form. Wave Attacks do allow the unit to snipe enemies beyond its maximum effective range and can cover their blindspot, but be mindful the unit's slow attack rate and 20% activation chance means it'll be difficult for them to get the most out of it, as they need to hit an enemy within their AOE in order to have a chance at wave generation. With the Ultra Form all but removing the blindspot, this is mostly used for the extra DPS, as enemies that are on Kat-a-pult will likely be hit by both attacks. Slow is rather situational due to the existence of Corrupted Psychocat's Target Zombie talent and Rodeo Cat's target Relic and how it's often used against melee-ranged zombies/relics, which this unit has trouble dealing with without the assistance of Ultra Form. Similarly, Resist Freeze is not all that useful, even within its niche, as the few threats that employ them are better dealt with other means of destruction.

Appearance[]
- Normal Form: A wooden contraption resembling a wheeled catapult, it appears to be commanded by a cat wearing a gladiatorial helmet and holding a wooden sword and a small, circular metal shield. It attacks by launching a boulder from the bucket.
- Evolved Form: A giant metal vehicle resembling a tank, with many different cats riding on it. The "commander" appears in the attack animation, during which he points with a baton as the cannon fires. During the attack animation, many smaller cannons fire as the large one does.
- True Form: Similar to the Evolved Form, but the entire tank (including the army cats hats) have a greenish tint to them, and the "Commander's" baton looks green. A fat Cat eating rice appears below the chef. The clothes hung on a spike are now also in color.
- Ultra Form: The color scheme of the tank has changed to red and yellow highlights with some black. The crew's clothes have also changed from camo, military-like greens to black with gold highlights. There are now three rockets jutting out the front of the machine as well and the tank's treads also have covers on the front now. The flag is changed to black and gold, with some gold patterns on the corners and golden leaves surrounding the Cat logo. Attack animation remains mostly the same, with the new color palette though.

Trivia[]
- The attack animation is similar to the attack animation of Big Shiee from the Metal Slug franchise with the main cannon appearing out of the vehicle and firing an explosive projectile.
- The Evolved Form's name is a reference to "Tom Clancy's Rainbow-6 Siege."
- Mighty Kat-A-Pult, along with Mighty Drednot, Mighty Bomburr, Mighty Rekon Korps, and Mighty Thermae D-Lux were one of the first ubers to be added via an update to The Battle Cats Unite.
