A single-target enemy with insane damage and mediocre health. She is a little bit annoying because her attack increases by 100% after reaching 75% HP and if she hits any of your units, they will probably get knocked back or killed instantly. She drops quite a lot of money for how often and early she tends to spawn.
Strategy[]
No matter what, be careful not to let her hit your Legends, Ubers or Legend Rares. A steady stream of Crazed Macho Cats and Crazed Wall Cats can ensure that she will never advance on her own. When spawned in groups, try to counter the spam with Area Attackers that can be mass-produced, like Paris Cat and Crazed UFO Cats. Bahamut Cat can also be used to wipe out a cluster of Mistress Celeboodles with one attack. Otherwise, Macho Leg Cat and Dragon Cat are cost-effective ways of defeating a lone Mistress Celeboodle.

Trivia[]
Her hair could be a reference to the famous Tim Burton movie, Mars Attacks!.
Her Japanese description mentioned King Wahwah by name 2 years before he was introduced.
According to their Japanese descriptions, she and King Wahwah are a manzai comedy duo with Mistress Celeboodle as the tsukkomi (the short-tempered "straight man" who takes things seriously) and King Wahwah as the boke (the airheaded "funny man" who gets everything wrong).
