Strategy

The best way to beat this stage is to beat it fast to avoid fighting the deadly Dread Bore. While it's certainly possible to kill it, avoiding fighting it at all is highly recommended, especially with the Miss Haka that will reach the Cat Base if you take too long fighting it.

Simply wait for the first Devil Wife to walk right up to your base, then kill it with Pizza Cat and Courier. Then just mindlessly spam all the Cats you have on the bottom row, and you should eventually win without any problems. Dread Bore may spawn, but as long as you have a decent amount of Cats attacking the enemy base, you'll win the level before Dread Bore can reach your base.
