Mr. is a Special Cat that you can purchase for 160 Cat Food in the Upgrade Menu after completing India in Empire of Cats Chapter 2. In Version 3.3, True Form grants the Zombie Killer ability and increases movement speed. Talents were added in Version 10.0. In The Battle Cats POP!, he is unlocked from clearing Vega in Chapter 3. In The Battle Cats Unite!, he is unlocked from clearing United Kingdom in the Into the Future chapter and costs 80 Cat Food.

Strategy/Usage[]
Mr. is good as an early-game rusher, as he moves slightly faster than Cow Cat and his Area Attacks can punch through weak peons easily. This makes him a prime choice for treasure collection in early-game.
Later on, Mr. is completely outclassed in stats by other fast rushers like Crazed Cow Cat, not to mention other far superior options also exist, invalidating the use of him entirely, except for certain 4♛ stages like Juvenile Killer/Ghostlight Gardens where your options are limited and you need something to reach the base quickly since Stone wouldn't stay long enough to do the job.
Mr. is included in Biohazard with Zombie Cat, a Cat Combo that reduces the recharge time of your cats, and when combined with Necromancer Cat once you acquire Zombie Cat's True Form, can be compounded to great effect, making for a serviceable combination until you could secure better options.
True Form[]
Hyper Mr. can be used to snipe certain hard-to-reach Zombies, namely Zamelle, if one is willing to take out a calculator and cause precise damage to said enemy with non-zombie killers before finishing it off with Hyper Mr. However, his very low stats mean it is is too niche to be relied upon, as you'll be likely relying on Anti-Zombie meatshields, tanks or the Holy Blast anyway to get the last hit in.
Talents[]
When talented, Hyper Mr's stats are actually viable, but he still isn't required if one has access to Crazed Cow Cat. The main issue is the health, which also prevents the immunities, especially warp immune, of having much, if any relevance.
Nevertheless, Hyper Mr's Knockback Talent serves a unique niche for players to quickly intercept burrowing Zombies in close-quarters, but be prepared as it will noticeably lower the rate of him getting Z-Kills. Do not mistake him for the usual damage rusher to be spammed; he is an emergency unit to be deployed immediately against Zombies that have already burrowed and are about to emerge from the ground.
His most notable use is to hamper Li'l Zyclones with numerous knockbacks that may have spawned faster than your Cat Cannon can recharge, which can be especially important against magnified Li'l Zyclones that will not falter easily. This actually has an edge over using Cannon Recharge combos by taking up less slots, along with going hand in hand with the well-known Biohazard combo which also features Skelecat, another potent anti-Zombie if given talents. Furthermore, by not using Holy Blast, you will effectively increase the Li'l Zyclone's lifespan while bringing it back to the frontlines, which allows strategic use of Long-Distance units and Wave attackers to chip down other strong foes behind, even ones such as Cadaver Bear.
His speed, higher knockback chance, and immediate attacks give him an edge over Ectoweight Cat in tight situations, as a last resort against Zombies that may have burrowed right to your base, since they are still briefly vulnerable while emerging from the ground. To deal with numerous burrowing Zombies, he will likely be paired with and deployed when other immediate attackers are on cooldown, such as Slime Cat or Cadaver BearCat.
