Mr. is a Special Cat that you can purchase for 160 Cat Food in the Upgrade Menu after completing India in Empire of Cats Chapter 2. True Form grants Zombie Killer ability and increases movement speed.

Strategy/Usage
Mr. is good at speedily clearing early stages, as he moves slightly faster than Cow Cat and has Area Attack, this also makes him good at treasure collection in early-game. He can be useful early-game as a replacement for Cow Cat, or you can use them both for some domination. However, don't use him late-game, as he becomes almost useless.
Later on, Mr. is completely outclassed by Crazed Cow Cat, because Crazed Cow Cat moves even faster in True Form and is much stronger. If you have Crazed Cow Cat, don't bother with him anymore.
Mr. is also useful for Biohazard, a Cat Combo that reduces the recharge time of your cats. It is also a useful cat in stages like 4 star Juvenile Killer/Ghostlight Gardens for reaching the base fast.
