Strategy[]

The fewer Waves the Berserkory releases, the better; the Manic Island Cats can help by making him miss, but don't keep too many alive or you may find yourself being overwhelmed by them. Your lineup will be similar to what you may have used in Fish Hell (Insane), but with Luxury Bath Cat replacing Dragon Cat or Crazed Dragon Cat; and, instead of a Critical Hitter, bring Dread Pirate Catley (Immune to Waves Talent optional but highly recommended) or another strong anti-Red Cat. More DPS is needed against the tougher Islands.

DO NOT BRING MELEE ATTACKERS! The Manic Island Cats' DPS will crush melee units before they can even get a hit on, and even if they manage to get a hit on, their impact is insignificant compared to ranged attackers. As a bonus point, when the Berserkory comes out, any melee attacker would walk into Berserkory's range and trigger a wave.

It is not recommended to bring fast meatshields like Manic Eraser or Manic Mohawk. Slow meatshields, like Mohawk Cat and Gato Amigo will be killed by the islands before Berserkory can hit them, therefore not letting him do his wave attack.

Recommended Units[]

  • Sweet Bro Cats - Has wave immunity, LD, and the ability to slow the islands, keep them back and allowing strats such as freezing Berserkory with iCat since the islands won't be able to reach him. Even if such strategies are not viable they will still provide good support and damage.
  • Haniwan Cat - Easily able to tank a few Beserkory hits and will just eat through Manic Island hits. a slow stackable unit could keep the island threats at bay, as long as you have a Wave immune general attacker or a Wave blocker.

Recommended Uber/Legend Rares[]

Strategy 1 (Ft. Courier Cat)[]

Lineup: Eraser Cat 20+20, Manic Eraser Cat 20, Courier Cat 35, Octopus Cat 30, Cyborg Cat 37, Drama Cats 30, Crazed Bahamut Cat 30, Ururun Cat 30

Items: Rich Cat

Notes:

  • If you have Haniwa Cat, use it instead of Eraser Cat.
  • The two empty slots are for cheap meatshields.

Send out 2-3 meatshields and Courier Cat to clear some Crocos for money. Let the Manic Island Cat kill your meatshields and Courier and let it about a quarter of the map away from your base. Spam your meatshields and start Cyborg Cat stacking. (Be careful you dont run out of money.) Eventually the first Manic Island should die, so send out Bahamut Cat and continue to meatshield and Cyborg stack. You should kill the Manic Islands easily and build up a stack of money. When you have enough money, start spamming everything apart from Octopus Cat and Courier Cat. Just before you hit the enemy base, stop spawning Erasers and/or Haniwa Cat, as they have too much heath and will trigger Berserkory's wave.

When the boss spawns, always spawn Courier when available. It will shred Berserkory's health. With a large enough Cyborg stack, the Manic Islands should die. When none are on the field, Courier Cat should be your priority and you should spawn Octopus Cat. Octopus Cat would usually get shredded by Manic Island, but since none are in battle, you can use him. He can block waves, while Courier Cat attacks Berserkory. Erasers/Haniwa Cat can also be spawned if using Octopus Cat. You should kill the boss quickly, but if more Manic Islands spawn before you kill the boss, stop spawning Octopus Cat and stop spawning Erasers/Haniwa Cat. The Brollows aren't a problem, so don't worry if you see them.

Strategy 2 (Ft. Luxury Bath Cat)[]

Lineup: Manic Mohawk Cat, Manic Eraser Cat, Eraser Cat 20+15, Luxury Bath Cat, Cyborg Cat 37, Ururun Cat

Items: Rich Cat

Notes:

  • The first three slots are for cheap meatshields, while the last slot is for any other anti-Red unit, like Pirate Cat or Courier Cat.
  • Cyborg can be replaced with Drama Cats. Alternatively, you can use both.

Cyborg Cat stack and meatshield with 2-3 of your meatshields until you kill the first Island. Then save up and spawn Ururun and Bath. As you make your way, stack as many Cyborgs, Baths and Pirates as possible till you reach the base. Stop spawning meatshields and now just spam as many of your anti-Red units as possible. Hopefully you can shred the Berserkory as fast as possible and then resume spawning meatshields again. Make your way to the base and finish the level before the Brollows come out, but if they do try and deal with them the same way as you dealt with the Manic Islands.

Strategy 3 (Ft. Fiend Cat)[]

Lineup: Octopus Cat, Dread Pirate Catley, Courier Cat 40, Luxury Bath Cat, Fiend Cat 37, Gato Amigo, Cyborg Cat 37, Drama Cats 34

Items: Rich Cat

Notes:

  • The empty slots can be used for slow meatshields, Haniwa Cat especially can be useful. 75 cent meatshields are also highly recomended since the Islands are able to kill everything they touch.
  • If you do use Haniwa it should be at at least 35
  • Fiend Cat does not need to be in true form however it is recomended for better survivabilty
  • Fiend can be replaced with Housewife however Fiend is better for this level thanks to further LD, Better mobility, and higher DPS.

Wait for the Island to get close to your base and start stacking Drama Cats and a few Cyborgs. You can also spawn Courier to quickly get some money from the Crocos. It is important not to lose a lot of money at the beginning since Cyborg is very expensive. The goal is to, over the battle create a DPS stack large enough to almost instantly kill the islands therefore financially supporting you with the ammount of money you need to spawn Cyborg and Drama. During this beginning phase you should always try to keep your money at at least over 1200 cents. Once you kill the first island keep powering through the rest of them. You should start spawning Pirate Cat when you have about half of the field covered and when the islands aren't pushing too much. Once you spawn Berserkory start sending out your anti-red attackers and Octopus. Octopus is just for precaution, as with the Pirate Cat setup and slow meatshields Berserkory will only get one or two waves off, those of which can be blocked by Octo. You can also spawn Fiend Cat here to snipe the base, and the Islands who have less range than berserkory and will therfore stand behind him. Make sure your money does not get too low (under 5000 cents) as it is easy to lose lots of money at this point. Brollows should also spawn while Berserkory is still alive however they will only slightly push and your DPS stack will almost instantly kill them. They will kill a few of you anti-reds, if not all however do not lose hope.

You have basically won once you kill Berserkory, as the islands are easily demolished by the DPS stack and the brollows spawn infrequently only slightly pushing you. You will be in a back and forth between you and the islands where they will push you back from the base. This is why you need Fiend Cat, who can deal good damage to the islands, along with sniping the base. This will continue for a minute until you win. Enjoy your Manic Island, who will help you a lot in your conquest!
