Outta Change... is the fifth stage in A Cultured Festival.
Battleground
Three Otta-smack-us spawns shortly after the battle starts. When the enemy base takes damage, Festival Ms. Sign appears as the boss with four Squire Rels and four of Those Guys. After killing the peons, a few B.B.Bunnies, Sir Seal, Pigge, St. Pigge the 2nd and eventually Shy Boy come out, and all continue to spawn.
Strategy
Bringing anti-Red Cats and meatshields in order to speedrun this stage- otherwise, a highly leveled Lion Cat can do the same thing.
