• Infinite Those Guys spawn after 6.67 seconds^200f, delay 10~13.33 seconds^300f~400f.
• 5 Metal Hippoes spawn after 20 seconds^600f, delay 33.33~40 seconds^{1,000f~1,200f}.
• 20 Metal Doges spawn after 6.67 seconds^200f, delay 13.33~16.67 seconds^400f~500f.
• 8 Wild Doges spawn after 20 seconds^600f, delay 40~46.67 seconds^{1,200f~1,400f}.
• 1 Crustaceous Scissorex spawns as the boss after 53.33 seconds^1,600f.

Strategy

Protons, Neutrons, and Morons is similar to Blue Stone Desert III, but now the Crustaceous Scissorex appears on a timer, not allowing the player to stall enemies. Bring Catasaurus and Catyphoon to deal with the relatively weak Metal peons and bring Courier Cat for Wild Doges and chip damage. The stage is decently wide so you should have a lot of time for the enemies to run out or kill the boss.

Battle: Send out Corrupted Moneko as quickly as possible. Once you reach 1600¢, spam Manic Erasers, and then Couriers after the second Manic Eraser. Just before Moneko finishes her attack animation, send out Green Shell. When you reach the base and kill the second Metal Doge, spawn Awakened Bahamut as quickly as possible. Bahamut should destroy the base before the boss can spawn.

Immediately send out Corrupted Moneko. At around 1900¢, send out Riceball Cat and Courier Cat, then two more Riceball Cats, send out 2 Riceball Cats and a single Courier Cat. Afterwards, send out Green Shell Cat, then keep spamming Courier Cat. Send out Awakened Bahamut Cat as soon as you have the money for it. From here, you should be able to spam Riceball Cat and Courier Cat to win the stage.
