She has terrifying range, huge splash damage, high DPS, and the ability to slow cats. Luckily, she can't hurt close-up cat units. (Her specials seem to love multiples of 111...)
Funny how her description says "don't get too close or you'll be the victim of her tragic sting.", yet the only way to kill this beast is to get right next to it, or you cannot win.
Strategy
It is highly recommended to acquire all ItF Anti-Alien Treasures, or you'll being facing off against a 10 million HP monstrosity with an extreme 85554 damage (Although there are a couple of enemies with higher damage, such as Red Cyclone and Assassin Bear). Her fast attack rate only makes this worse, and anything that does survive is slowed indefinitely, so make sure to get those treasures!
Awakened Bahamut snaps this enemy in two. Fast cats, like Maglev Cat and Crazed Giraffe Cat, can easily get into her blind spot and capitalize from there. Speed Cat Combos may help here (untested). For cats that are not as fast as Crazed Giraffe, precise timing is required to get them past Queen B's attack zone. Strike Unit R.E.I can tank her for AEONS.
Based on calculations, theoretically any cat with at least 9 speed can get past its attack-zone in time.

Queen B and Cosmic Cyclone are the only non-Starred Alien enemies that don't appear in Into the Future.
Without any of Into the Future's anti-Alien Treasures, this enemy has an absolutely ridiculous health of 10,888,885, making it one of the first enemies to have over 10 million HP.
The second one is the Cosmic Cyclone in Space is the Place with no anti-Alien Treasures, the third one is the Cli-One from Close Encounters with no anti-Alien Treasures), and quite possibly even the Black Hole Rising Cosmic Cyclone. The Sunfish Jones from Gouache Ghouls also has an insane amount of HP, with 12 million. However, the enemy with the highest HP at a 100% buff is tied with Manic Mohawk Cat and Manic Eraser Cat, both at 4,800,000 HP.
