Ragin' Gory (怒りのブラッゴリ, Ikari no Buraggori, Raging Black Gory) is a Black/Behemoth variant of Gory Black that appears in The Aku Realms, Cats of the Cosmos outbreaks, and Legend Stages.
Enemy[]
Ragin' Gory is comparable to a buffed Gory Black, with whom he shares about all features. The core difference is that Ragin' Gory has immunity to freeze, which makes Bombercat, Oda Nobunaga and the Thunderbolt Cannon useless against him. He also has slightly higher range as well as much higher health, and 2 less knockbacks.
Strategy[]
Ragin' Gory isn't much different from the original. Although freeze cannot be used against him, direct damage and other status effects still work. One can use a stack of mid-ranged attackers such as Pizza Cat to cripple him, or any Behemoth Slayers that can safely attack him. Rodeo Cat can work as a crowd-controller if they don't appear in large numbers. Anti-Black meatshields like Nono, Gas Mask Cat and Crystal Li'l Gau Gau can be spammed to tank him for a considerably longer time than anything else, which can be enough for your attackers to catch up.

Trivia[]
- Along with Ultima Beast Naala and Wild Doge, Ragin' Gory was one of the three enemies that were updated to have the Behemoth type in Version 11.5.
- This makes him technically the first Behemoth enemy introduced, albeit retroactively.
- He is the only Behemoth who doesn't reference Monster Hunter in any way, as he predates the general introduction of other Behemoths.
- Him and Gory Black are the only variants of Gory whose descriptions don’t mention their scary faces.
