This base can do a very weak attack from 2000 range that will curse all cats in its range. Like other animated bases, it is immune to all effects besides Surges and is a Typeless enemy, not a Relic one.

Curse-immune cats are helpful along with any Resist Curse Cats if you have spare NP lying around. These aside, the Relic Doge Base has two other weaknesses. Its curse lacks 100% uptime, and so leaves your units with a window of opportunity, more so if you time them well. In all its appearances one can simply choose to fight outside of its range, preventing it from spoiling an attack.
*Note that these are the Relic Doge Base's stats at 100% strength magnification; it does not appear below 40,000% strength magnification in any stage it appears in.
