Revenge of Black Hole (Deadly) is the second stage in Dimension of Delirium. The reward for beating this stage is the True Form of Drumcorps Cat, Mochi Cat.

Battleground[]

Strategy[]

Strategy 1[]

Lineup: A few meatshields, Corrupted Psychocat, any critical hitters and any unit able to slow, knockback, or freeze Alien / Floating enemies from a distance. Also bring Slow Beam

Spawn a couple of Psychocats to stall the Cyclone as you save up money. Once the Metal One Horn spawns, lure the Cyclone to about the middle of the stage, here you want to start to build your stack, start spawning all units except your meatshields.

As your stack starts to build, the Metal One Horn will close the gap. When he reaches the Cyclone, start meatshielding and spamming your critical hitters until they crit, then stop meatshielding and repeat.

Make sure to summon some units who can knockback aliens to regain any lost terrain, or just make sure to deal enough damage, just do not summon meatshields or critters in this phase.

Based on the quality and quantity of your critters, it may take a couple of attempts, but, as long as you own Waitress or another unit with guaranteed crit chance and you use the Slow Beam to keep everyone in place during the animation, RNG will be unable to ruin your attempt.

Strategy 2 (Permafreeze)[]

Lineup: Crazed Macho / Manic Mohawk Cat (20), Crazed Wall / Manic Eraser Cat (30), Eraser Cat (At least 30, 20+44 can tank two hits from Cosmic Cyclone), Jiangshi Cat (30), Necro-Dancer Cat (30), Showoff / Hoopmaster Cat (30), Waitress Cat (30), Seafarer Cat (40)

Notes: Normal Cat Cannon was used, Thunderbolt / Slow Beam also helps. The remaining two slots can be used for extra units to help keep up the permafreeze, such as Healer Cat CC, Ranged Critical Hitters, such as Hayabusa, or CatCombos.

Stall by sending out Manic Mohawk to stall the Cosmic Cyclone. Once it reaches about 1/3 the way down the stage, start spamming your meatshields, Necro-Dancer, and Seafarer. Hopefully you now have the Cyclone Perma-frozen. For the Metal One Horns, when the first one looks about 1/4 down the stage and is getting close to your stack, send out Waitress and add Hoopmaster to the spam. If your CC stack dies, don't worry. You can recover from failure quite easily if you are using a stalling cannon, like Slow Beam. Try to time Waitress so that she crits the Metal One Horns right as they arrive. Once the Cosmic Cyclone dies, it's over.
