Strategy/Usage[]
When facing Metal enemies early on, it is strongly advised to bring this unit. Although the critical hit chance is painfully low, spamming them can result in a critical hit every few seconds.
True Form[]
Noodle Cats shine with an impressive health to cost ratio when facing Metal enemies. Their effective 54,000 HP at level 50, coupled with low cost, spammability and Critical Hit chance make it a valuable meatshield against Metal enemies, however its knockback count should not make it relied on as your only meatshield when fighting against Metal enemies. When Modern Cat becomes avaliable, Noodle Cats are rendered mostly useless, as Modern Cat is cheap, much tougher and has only one knockback. Although Modern Cat can't kill metals directly, you can leave that to your other dedicated attackers.
One strategy is to send out a few while simultaneously upgrading your Worker Cat level when a battle begins. This can greatly slow down enemy progress while you set up. When it comes to Critical Hit damage, they are overshadowed by more reliable Critical Hit cats such as Catornado and Catasaurus. However, from sheer power of spam, they can clear weaker enemies, such as Metal Doge and Metal One Horn, which even at level 30 it can outrange and one shot them.
