Strategy/Usage
Rover Cat is a useful meatshield in both Into the Future and Cats of the Cosmos thanks to its high strength against Aliens and its immunity to Warp. At high levels, it can tank many hits from even Star Pengs and its attack power allows it to break General GreGory's Barrier. Once you acquire all Cats of the Cosmos treasures it will easily plow trough some of the later alien focused Legend Stages.
Functions very well with Research Up Combos like Biohazard and Bony Bone, which are able to make it a somewhat reliable defensive unit.
Despite its stats and abilities, it shouldn't be relied on as your only meatshield against strong Alien threats.
True Form
Its True Form gains immunity to Slow and Weaken, which can help against Cli-One, Calamary, Croakley and Queen B. Note that the lack of better health and the very small cost improvement make this True Form only situationally better than the previous one, so it can be put on low priority in favour of cats who improve more drastically.
