Rurouni Kenshin Collaboration Event

A collaboration event between The Battle Cats and the anime series Rurouni Kenshin (るろうに剣心 -明治剣客浪漫譚-, Rurōni Kenshin -Meiji Kenkaku Roman Tan-, Rurouni Kenshin: Meiji Swordsman Romantic Story) was originally held from May 23rd, 2024 to June 6th, 2024. The collaboration included an exclusive Gacha as well as new stages, Catnip Challenges and stamps during the collaboration period. The anime is published by Hideyo Yamamoto.

・Rurouni Kenshin limited collab Capsules!
Recruit the stars of the Rurouni Kenshin series like Kenshin Himura and Sanosuke Sagara, only available from this Capsule set for a limited time!

Pick up heroes like:
Kenshi Himura (Uber Rare)
Gentle, wandering swordsman who carries a sakabato blade! Area attacks deal Massive damage to Traitless and Aku!
Sanosuke Sagara (Uber Rare)
Known in the underworld as a fighter for hire! Tough vs. Zombies, and Omnistrikes sometimes deals Critical damage!
Aoshi Shinomori (Uber Rare)
Headed the Oniwaban Group even as a young prodigy! Strong against Floating and Angels, with Long-range area attacks that Freeze enemies!
Hajime Saito (Uber Rare)
Once defended Kyoto as the Shinsengumi's Third Unit captain! Omnistrikes deal Massive damage to Red and Aku and Pierces Aku Shields!
Li’l Kaoru (Super Rare)
Sometimes Weakens Floating enemies with Area attacks!
Li’l Yahiko (Super Rare)
Area attacks deal Massive damage to Floating and Angels!

※ During the crossover campaign period, you will have a set chance to collect one of the Rurouni Kenshin collab units from the Rurouni Kenshin capsule set.
※ Rurouni Kenshin units cannot be collected from other Rare Capsule sets. Please make sure that you have selected the Rurouni Kenshin capsule set by tapping the icon at the top of the Rare Capsule Machine page.
※If Rurouni Kenshin Collab Capsules do not appear in the Rare Capsule Machine, make sure that you have updated the Battle Cats app to its most recent version.

・Special Map: Rurouni Kenshin
Clear this map for a small chance to collect the collab-limited unit Kenshin Cat a drop reward! Later stages in this map grant a higher chance to collect Kenshin Cat as a drop reward. (Using a Treasure Radar provides a 100% chance to pick up the reward!)

※ Activate Kenshin Cat by visiting the Rare Cats section of the Upgrade Menu!

・Special Map: Kenshin Himura, Battosai
Battle the most feared Isshin warrior, Kenshin, and his swift sword strikes in this special collab stage!
Timed Score rewards are availbale for each stage including Rare Tickets and other useful items!

※Check the bottom-left of the Stage Select screen to confirm each reward for each stage.
・Special Map: Sanosuke Sagara, Fighter for Hire
Sanosuke Sagara and his massive zanbatou arrive, and they’re ready for a fight!
Timed Score rewards are available for each stage including Rare Tickets and Cat Tickets!

※ After clearing a stage from this map, there will be a brief cooldown period before further stages in the map can be challenged.

・Special Map: Aoshi Shinomori Strikes!
Challenge this new Gauntlet stage starting August 7, 2024 (11:00AM)! Battle Aoshi Shimomori and his relentless kaiten kenbu strikes! Each stage has its own drop reward to collect!

※ After clearing a stage from this map, there will be a brief cooldown period before the next gauntlet stage can be accessed.
※ You may choose to spend a Catamin A to skip the cooldown and challenge the next Gauntlet stage immediately.

・Special Map: A Wolf Baring Fangs
Starting August 12, 2024 (11:00AM), new tough stages appear where you can battle Hajime Saito and challenge his ideology of “Swift Death to Evil“!
Clear thie stage to earn Rare Tickets, Cat Tickets, and Legend Catseyes!

●"The Swords of Meiji" appears in the Arena of Honor
Get your strongest Cat Army ready to prove yourself in a special Rurouni Kenshin Dojo Ranking Event! Select "The Swords of Meiji" at the Catclaw Dojo and aim for the top score as you face off against the powerful swordsmen of this limited collab event!
Climb to the highest tiers of power as your scores are measured against all other Battle Cats players? Can you make it to the top 10%?
Try as many times as you like before the event ends, and earn a special prize when your final high score determines your skill tier.
