Strategy[]
Strategy 1 (Cheese)[]
Lineup: Crazy Hearts, Awakened Bahamut Cat (Lvl 40 preferred), Metal Macho/Modern Cat (optional).
This strategy requires 175K+ Base HP.
Cannon: Iron Wall (Optional)
This strategy does require a bit of luck, but the procedure is extremely easy to pull off. Start by sending a Metal Macho to block the 1st Sir Rel (if you have him) and spawn Awakened Bahamut Cat when the 2nd Sir Rel starts hitting your base. After that, spam your meatshields and Manic Lion Cat. Try to summon Metal Macho, too. If done correctly, Awakened Bahamut should destroy the base while your meatshields prevent Sir Rels from hitting him.
Strategy 2[]
Lineup: Island Cat, Seafarer 30, Brah Cats, Lollycat, Ultra Delinquent Cat, Manic Mohawk Cat, Manic Eraser Cat 40, Eraser Cat (20+25), Manic Macho Legs 30, Slapstick Cats 35.
The first 5 cats are there for Combos.
Cannon: Breakerblast
Don't upgrade your Worker Cat at all during this battle whatsoever; it is not necessary and is a waste of money, although you should use Worker Cat Start Level UP Combos such as Sunbathers and Lingerie Special. Once the battle starts, wait until Sir Rel spawns and then send out your meatshields, Manic Macho Legs, Slapstick Cats and Seafarer Cat. The first Sir Rel should die quickly, and you should be advancing at a mild rate. If Oldhorn has spawned , don't immediately advance towards him with all you have, just lightly meatshield in order to save up for Ultra Delinquent Cat during this period.
Once your cats are starting to attack the Oldhorn, save up for another Ultra Delinquent Cat immediately. Remember that Ultra Delinquent Cat can still be knocked back and hit during this section by the Oldhorn advancing if Oldhorn doesn't get frozen, so if he's already been knocked back twice, use Breakerblast to protect him. Once the second Ultra Delinquent Cat is off cooldown, send another out and they should get Oldhorn in almost a perma-freeze state; after that the Oldhorn will eventually die and you will win.
Strategy 3[]
Lineup:
Row 1: Paranormal Activity or any other Worker Start Level UP M Combo; any Unit Move Speed UP Ccombo (e.g. Rawhide)
Row 2: Future Cat (35+), Wall Cat (20+60), Manic Eraser (40+), Cyborg Cat (50+)
Cannon: Default
This strategy relies on using an ever-growing stack of Cyborgs (Attack Buff Talent recommended) to plow through the Sir Rels and destroy the base before the Oldhorn spawns. The strategy is simple: spam the second row at all times, prioritizing Cyborg Cats first and Future Cats second. It may help to, instead of using the Starting Level UP Combo, use a Rich Cat and swap the Starting Level combo for a Unit Attack UP Combo.
Strategy 4 (Rush, all crown applicable, No Gacha)[]
Lineup:
Row 1: Working Vacation (with Dream Box if available) OR Scantily Clad (which allows for Lolly Fanciers to be added), Offshore Accounts (optional),
Row 2: Future Cat (50), Cone Cat (50), Boulder Cat (40+), Royal Guard Cat (50), Uril (40+)
Notes: Rich cat is highly recommended to make this much easier. Cannon can be Thunderbolt or Iron Wall but not necessary to even fire.
This strategy makes use of Royal Guard Cat's multi hit and massive damage to constantly knock back the Sir Rels towards the enemy base, and destroying the base before Old Horn even makes an appearance. Uril as a support can also stall for time when Old horn appears and give your units a few extra seconds to deal enough damage to win.
Start off the battle by waiting for money, and spawining Future cat, Cone and Royal guard once the Sir rel is close to your base. We do not want Royal guard to overtake Cone, and slowly stack up so they are able to constantly knock back the Sir Rels once they reach the base, hence preventing your entire army from taking hits while destroying the base. Keep summoning Future cat in moderation, but cone and Royal Guard immediately when the cooldown is over. Summoning Uril is optonal, but helps a lot when spawned early as he will slow all incoming Sir Rels, as well as keep them in the base when your army reaches. Boulder is not necessary to use, but could be spammed just to ensure that all royal guards stay alive (Only recommended when rich cat is used). Just keep spamming the 3 units, and you will eventually take down the base without ever seeing Old horn.
Trivia[]
- Despite the name, there are no seahorses (i.e. Tackey variants) in this stage.
