Strategy/Usage[]
Similar to Ultra Souls, Shampoo (Cat) has significantly different stats between her Normal Form (spammable) and Evolved Form (high performance), both of them can be used effectively depending on the situation.
Normal Form[]
Shampoo (Cat) can be stacked and used similarly to Salon Cat, as she has the same range and similar DPS and cost. However, her recharge time is quite high for a stackable unit, and her multi-hit may make her miss an attack.
Her Mini-Wave effectively gives her a little extra range, but the extra range affected only does 20% extra damage. This is negligible, but can be useful in clearing peons.
Evolved Form[]
Shampoo, when evolved, gets significantly better stats in exchange for longer recharge time and higher cost. Her Mini-Wave gets increased by 1 level and gains 100% chance, she gets 100 more range, and gets better defense and attack power with one more multi-hit attack.
Shampoo is now able to outrange a lot more threats, such as Le'boin and Teacher Bear, and can safely attack them from a distance. However, keep in mind her high movement speed, which can be fatal if the enemy is knocked back.
Even with the health improvement, she is still very fragile and can easily be killed by a lot of enemies. Meatshield well, as she tends to move to the frontline. She does not have any special ability other than mini-wave, so she is only a generalist.
Mini-Wave, again, is negligible, as it only does 20% damage. She does get Mini-Wave on all her multi-hits though, so if only one of them hit, the enemies will take around 7% of Shampoo's original damage altogether, which is not that good. Think of the Mini-Wave as an added bonus.
