A slightly faster Shibalien with a mohawk and a thicker tail; and a lot stronger. He can warp cats back 750 range at 35% chance.
Strategy[]
Since Shibalien Elite is an Alien enemy, he can be slowed by Neo Psychocat or frozen by Castaway Cat. Meatshields can help, but might be warped away. A small stack of Area Attackers such as Salon Cat can be used to fend off Shibalien Elites, and a level 27 (or higher) Bahamut Cat can one-shot this enemy in his first appearance.
An elite dog who shines bright as a star in the Cosmic Class. The Galactic University's youngest student to learn Warp attacks, he sent back his rivals one after the other, but he still couldn't escape from the tunnel of job hunting.

Trivia[]
The crest/fin/mohawk on his head is likely a reference to that of the Ultraman character Ultraseven, which looks almost the same when viewed from the side.
One of the Shibalien Elites in Mercury's Zombie Outbreak from Cats of the Cosmos Chapter 2 holds the record for the longest spawn time of any enemy in the game: 100,000 frames, or 55.5555 minutes. This is likely an error.
