Shouchikubai Shiratori is a Special Cat was added in Version 3.4 and was created by a collaboration event between Battle Cats and Kishidan. He could be unlocked by using a serial code from Kishidan's CD (幸せにしかしねーから), which is no longer possible due to the removal of serial codes.
