Sir Rel has 2/3 as much health as Relic Doge and a strong, single-target attack dealing 12,500 damage per hit as well as a 100% curse effect. He's faster than Squire Rel and has more knockbacks, as well as a much higher attack rate giving him nearly 30k DPS. Furthermore, he's often spammed and has an extremely low money drop.
Strategy[]
Much like Li'l Bun Bun, Sir Rel is an extremely strong peon with the stats to steamroll through any defense you may put up against him. Despite his single target, he chews through meatshields just as fast, meaning the likes of Stone and Metal may be necessary to ward him off. However, his health is relatively low compared to his damage and he has five knockbacks, so a small stack of Area Attackers might be just enough to ward him off when protected, as they will continually knock Sir Rel back and prevent him from dealing too much damage.
In some levels, Sir Rel shows up to assist enemies that you essentially need to use status effects to beat, such as Bore, and in these kinds of levels it is recommended that you use a Wave Attacker or a fast-acting Area Attacker such as Slapstick Cats to repel them before Sir Rel destroys your crowd-control units.
An ancient squirrel who sounds like he's speaking English. "I remember when I used a time machine to study in front of the station in modern times," is what he seems to be boasting, but it doesn't get conveyed.

Trivia[]
His Japanese name, イングリッス Ingurissu, is a pun combining イングリッシュ ingurisshu ("English") and リス risu ("squirrel").
His Japanese description implies that he learned English from Squire Rel via time travel, but since Squire Rel couldn't articulate, he isn't any better.
Despite being introduced after Oldhorn, Sir Rel is listed before him in the Enemy Guide and has a lower ID.
He and Haniwanwan are the only Relic enemies to have a single-target attack.
He has the lowest health and money drop of all Relic enemies.
