Sluggy (Black) is, of course, the black variant of Sluggy.
Strategy
This is the fastest sluggy variant and the second strongest stat wise. In earlier stages he can be easily dealt with by any cat, but in later stages he gets harder, acting as an annoying support for stronger enemies.
