Strategy/Usage
Essentially Kotatsu Cat for Red enemies, this cat is very useful to stop the advancement of Bore, One Horn, Shy Boy and other Red enemies, as it can soak up damage from them while simultaneously weakening them. Use this cat on stages with lots of Red enemies for a tactical advantage.
This cat can even be used to gread effect against Two Can and Berserkory, as many stages feature these enemies almost by themselves, so it's possible to tank them with this near-immovable wall. Do note that when these enemies are brought along as support, having a toush shield will only cause them to miss attacks less often, which can be a problem if there are units without any type of wave resisance.
This unit has a great synergy with iCat, as one stalls the enemies while the other freezes them.
True Form
Roe Cat has a truly massive health pool, reaching an impressive 300k health against reds just at level 30! This may seem high, but that's a necessity if this Cat wishes to stay relevant later on, which is definitely the case. Roe can and should be used in any stage that features exclusively Red Enemies, at least in a specific wave or as the only relevant threat, but his use is greatly lowered when he has a chance of receiving plenty of hits from non-reds. Despite this, Roe is able to be a decent generalist tanker, provided you have plus levels.
Talents
Roe was always kinda expensive, despite being worth his cost most of the time. His Talents reduce his cost by more than a third, making him way more viable and cost efficient, but they also improve his health even further, making him not only worth bringing in way more red-heavy stages, but even in many other stage too, acting as a more spammable, but weaker Zamboney Cat, especially if granted a good boost from levels above 30. The other three talents are all small and situational improvements, so they are not recommended investing NP on.

Appearance
- Normal Form: Looks like two basic cats on a plate with prawn slices on their heads. Plate spins when cat moves. Attacks by firing two shotguns hidden under each prawn slice.
- Evolved Form: The left cat gets a pair of sunglasses, the right cat has a scar and both cats have fried shrimp on their heads. The shotguns are swapped out for laser guns. In addition, the fried shrimp looks similar to Elvis Presley's signature hair, signifying the rock 'n' roll theme.
- True Form: The left cat keeps the sunglasses, the right cat gains blush and shrimp and both have roe, a type of seafood, on their heads. The lasers are replaced by cannons. They are also on top of three plates instead of one. The hairstyles of the cats are similar to styles in the 90s.

Trivia
- Even though this unit is called Sushi Cat, it consists of two cats, not one.
- Sushi Cat's description states "might weaken enemies", which may confuse some users that it can weaken any unit. However, Sushi Cat actually only weakens red enemies.
