Legeluga is a Legend Rare Cat that can be obtained at an extremely low chance when playing the Rare Cat Capsule during the Tales of the Nekoluga event. It was added in Version 8.3.

Strategy/Usage

Normal Form

This form is useless by design. Similarly to the other cats from Tales of the Nekoluga, this cat is not meant to be used until it evolves.

Evolved Form

Legelan Pasalan has a few main points of interest, one of which is its Wave Immunity. Being able to outrange most wave attackers, it works rather well against them. It will stay at a safe range from a significant amount of wave attackers whilst dishing out good damage, unlike most other rushers who will get sniped on their way.

Another point of interest is its DPS. It is very impressive for its range, over 12k in fact. It can be used in places for short burst of damage alongside other rushers such as Awakened Bahamut Cat. It also has lots of knockbacks, which synergizes with its backswing as when it does get knocked back it can attack again right away.

However, it isn't without its weaknesses. Legelan Pasalan's range is quite mediocre, standing at just 300, and while other stronger rushers fail in this aspect, they make it up with much higher overall damage. Its 50k health, 124s cooldown (many rusher units of the same caliber like Awakened Bahamut, Idi, Yukimura, Kalisa and D'arktanyan have cooldowns around 90 seconds or less) and Knockback/Warp Immunity don't help as they only make this unit riskier to use. Because of this, take caution and send it out only when the time is right. Its one saving grace as a rusher is its backswing, meaning that after attacking it won't progress forward until it's ready to attack again. Use this knowledge carefully, as you wouldn't want it to not move when you want it to, or for it to move before you're ready.

Appearance

• Normal Form: Appears to be a small, hunched-over organism with small limbs and a trapezoid-shaped head, encased in a floating cube made out of the rainbow pandimensional crystals most Legend Rare Cats have. Attacks by discharging energy in the shape of the cube outwards. Eyes also open when attacking.
• Evolved Form: It is now much bigger and floating, has a humanoid skeleton and a familiar-looking alien-like head. Its skin glows with rainbow light. Also discharges energy, but in the form of two rings made of DNA helixes, creating a shockwave.

Trivia

• Legeluga differs from other unevolved Lugas in that:
  • Its DPS at level 30 is 510 instead of 933.
  • Its attack cycle lasts for 150 frames instead of 82.
  • Its attack foreswing is 7 frames long instead of 13.
  • It has a recharge time of 324.53 seconds (the same as most of the Pasalans) instead of 24.87.
    • The first three points would later be covered again by Furiluga, who also has a different attack cycle and DPS compared to other unevolved Lugas.
• Legelan Pasalan resembles Yoshikage Kira's Stand, Killer Queen, from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, Part 4: Diamond is Unbreakable.
• Legelan Pasalan's description in the Tales of the Nekoluga event info used to be the same as Togelan Pasalan's ("A Luga with massive damage at looooong range, who survives one lethal attack and gets stronger as she takes damage!") This was fixed at an unknown date.
  • Furthermore, Togelan Pasalan's event info description was later changed to: "A Luga who delivers Massive Damage at Long-Range, with the ability to Survive one lethal strike. Area attacks get stronger after taking damage. Plus, Immune to Wave Damage."
• Legelan Pasalan has the shortest recharge time, fastest movement speed and shortest time between attacks of all Lugas and Pasalans.
