Warlock and Pierre is an Uber Rare Cat that can be unlocked when playing the Rare Cat Capsule during the Dark Heroes event. True Form added in Version 6.3 limits their targets further, but gives them significantly increased health and attack power along with immunity to most effects. Talents were added in Version 8.10, and Ultra Talents were added in Version 12.6.

Strategy/Usage[]
This unit boasts high base stats but is target only, meaning that its destructive force would be limited to very few traits. However, you can use the above flaw to your advantage, as they won't attack until an enemy they can hurt is in their range, meaning that they will not attack common peons, such as Snache, thereby allowing them to be stacked.
Normal Form[]
This form is likely used most prior to talent investment, due to Base Destroyer for cheesing as well as how floating enemies are more common than angels. If acquired early on in the game, all of Into the Future's alien/floating heavy stages can be a cakewalk for beginners.
Evolved Form[]
Dark Merchant Babil gains extra money from Angel and Alien enemies. This ability is especially useful, as most Aliens/Angels don't drop much money. Despite the loss of Base Destroyer, Babil is a great anti-Angel and can easily do massive damage to Angels like Boraphim, Youcan and Sunfish Jones, so do not discount this form either.
True Form[]
While Mad Doctor Klay is incredibly strong against Aliens, he attacks only them, making his use even more limited. However, his attack and health are greatly increased in True Form, so keep that in mind when playing with them. You likely won't use this form unless you find yourself stuck on an Alien stage, as target only with just one trait to work with can drastically reduce their effectiveness.
Talents[]
Mad Doctor Klay gains many immunities through his Talents, one of which is the ability Immune to Warp. This allows him to be useful in and some levels of Cats of the Cosmos, although it is costly and doable without Mad Doctor Klay.
Wave Immunity allows Klay to be useful against Aliens with Waves, like Elizabeth the LVIth, or Axoloty, provided you let another Cat take the brunt of his attack for the latter. Despite this, it is too situational for its cost, so think about if you want to buy it in the first place.
The last immunity is Curse Immunity, which does work and helps Klay in Uncanny Legends as he will no longer halt and not attack enemies, but unfortunately, is too situational to be helpful, due to the lack of many Alien and Relic stages. Defense and Attack buffs are also helpful, and serve to further boost Klay's already monstrous base stats.
Ultra Talents[]
Mad Doctor Klay's first Ultra Talent is the ability to target Traitless enemies, which immediately gives him a whole slew of targets to mash into the ground. With his stats, most Traitless enemies would falter instantly, especially given his immunities. While this Talent requires loads of Catseyes and NP, it could be well worth it for the ability to shut down most difficult Traitless enemies. His immunities, whether natural or unlocked through other Talents, can shut down the few Traitless enemies that would use status effects.
On the topic of immunities, he also gets a total immunity to surges. This is meant to be used also against Traitless enemies that spawn them, notably Kappy Jr. and Kappy Kawano. This Talent, however, does not work as well against Master Uril, as Uril's Curse can easily render him useless, and even if he has Curse Immunity, Uril's damage will still eat through his HP quickly, though this is dependent on how Uril is approached.
Finally, he get Colossus Slayer, which seems tailor-made to slam Super Hyppoh. Super Hyppoh is still considered to be one of the most difficult enemies in the game, even for the players who can beat a Brutal-difficulty stage and obtain Jetpack Cat. As such, the boost to Klay's already monstrous attack stat can be immensely useful in felling this beast, Super Hyppoh has over 2.5 million HP in Cosmic Juggernaut Lv.MAX and can survive 8 hits from a level 60 Klay. However... Klay can still help a lot at level 50 without any Ultra Talents, and there are better ways of using resources to beat that level. This talent should only be considered if you were already going to boost Klay to level 60 anyhow, as this talent is useless outside of beating Super Hyppoh. As well as unlocking Traitless targeting, it also completely slams Mega Baa Baa, as they are both Traitless and Colossal, though being only a moderately strong peon, it really isn't necessary.
