The Gates of Aku

The Gates of Aku is the only stage in Unleashing the Cats, which appears after clearing all three "Wicked" maps: Wicked Cat, Wicked Tank and Wicked Axe. Once cleared, it disappears permanently.

Despite having no rewards of its own, beating this stage is required to access most stages that feature the Aku Altar base, which is indicated by the message "Aku Altars Appear! Your Aku Research is complete and the Gates of Aku have opened! Visit Empire of Cats to enter this dark realm..."

Strategy[]

Let Wicked Cat get close to your base, then attack him with long-ranged attackers such as Crazed Bahamut Cat, Ururun Cat, King Dragon Cat and Crazed Lizard Cat, all the while spamming Crazed Macho Cats, Crazed Wall Cats and Eraser Cats. If you still can't win, use a Rich Cat.
