It has an enormous range of 650, but can't hit close units, giving it a major flaw if your units can get close enough. However, it is virtually impossible to get close enough, because its attack rate is insanely fast compared to other Long Distance enemies.
A Category-5 storm that grew massive by consuming lesser cyclones. Repels threats from uber long distance. Meteoroloigists say getting near its eye disables its knockback.
You can kill it easily by stacking Sadako Cat and A. Bahamut Cat. You need to weaken the Cyclone, then release A. Bahamut Cat, as demonstrated here. If you make the Cyclone stay next to the enemy base, Bahamut will kill it without being damaged due to the knockbacks that the Cyclone will receive.
If sufficiently levelled, and with a Unit Defense UP Combo, you can use Titan Cat and Crazed Titan Cat due to their high HP. Divine Kai can also DESTROY this enemy, even at level 30.
Be warned that, although this Cyclone has a minimum range, it can hit the Cat Base at point blank range just fine.
Strategy 1: Cheese Strategy (no gacha)
Lineup: Eye of the Storm Combo
Row 2: Crazed Giraffe Cat (at least 16), Crazed Mythical Titan Cat (at least 19), A. Bahamut (lvl 30) and any other units you think will help tank the cyclone (like a high enough level Jamiera, Divine Kai, Kotatsu, etc.)
Cannon: Thunderbolt (I used lvl. 3)
Items: Sniper Cat (and possibly a rich cat if you want)
Execution: Make sure to turn off Sniper at the beginning. Spawn a Crazed Giraffe as soon as you have the money to clear peons. Spawn a C. Mythical Titan as soon as you have the money. Once the Cyclone appears, the Titan should walk right into the cyclone's blind spot. Turn on Sniper so that the boss is knocked back into its base. Here's the timing part, though not as difficult as Cat Cannon timing. When you get the money for Awakened Bahamut and the Thunderbolt Cannon is fully recharged, time the two so that when the cyclone is frozen, A. Bahamut reaches its blindspot and destroys the cyclone. The Sniper Cat KB is essential because when the Cyclone gets a Damage Knockback, A. Bahamut will actually be out of Perfect Cyclone's Range, which will kill him and possibly lose the level. If you succeed, good job!
