Togeluga is an Uber Rare Cat that was added in Version 4.4 and can be unlocked by playing the Rare Cat Capsule during the Tales of the Nekoluga and Wave Busters gacha events. True Form added in Version 5.8 grants much higher health, faster attack rate, many more knockbacks and strengthens at 99% HP instead of 1%. Talents were added in Version 13.4.

Strategy/Usage[]
Normal Form[]
This form is useless by design. Similarly to the other cats from Tales of the Nekoluga, this cat is not meant to be used until it evolves.
Evolved Form[]
Togelan Pasalan can be used as a nuker similar to Bahamut Cat, with a more acceptable cooldown among Ubers of its set. However, players need to be careful since it has almost no health and therefore can be easily destroyed by any enemy that can outrange it, and likewise it's rather difficult trying to exploit its strengthen/survive/wave immune abilities. Refrain from pairing them up with cats that have a similar attack rate or have a chance to knockback as they will usually miss their target due to their long attack animation. If you must, try to time it so their attacks won't be in sync.
True Form[]
Shishilan Pasalan gets greatly improved survivability and a slightly quicker attack rate in True Form, meaning its strengthen activation is much more reliable as a result. They can now serve as a generalist anti-wave with massive DPS, being able to be used on stages like Floor 30, Festival Gross, Crazy Cats, Muscle Party and Resident Feline to great effect.
With that being said, due to their absurdly high knockback count, it is still not recommended to use on enemies with 445+ range, as Shishilan will never be able to get an attack off. This unit should never be used to counter fast attacking, high range enemies such as Master A. or Camelle or their variants. Furthermore, without Strengthen, Shishilan's attack power is underwhelming, so relying on peons like Gabriel or Sir Rel to trigger its Strengthen is a must. This also means that Shishilan may not be viable in stages without peons (ex. Kugel Schreiber) as every hit from any enemy will reduce Shishilan's health drastically, regardless of its one hundred knockbacks. Likewise, Shishilan Pasalan can't work against enemy LD/Surge/Omni Strike units because it will simply be unable to attack.
Despite all of this, Shishilan Pasalan still has the same issue as its previous form, as its attack rate and attack animation can cause Shishilan to miss. So, even with the small improvement (attack frequency of 20 seconds to 17 seconds), Shishilan is still not able to consistently hit most enemies when supported by other fighters, excluding slow and tanky enemies like Capy or Wall Doge.
Talents[]
The first talent of note is a mini-wave, which can help boost damage in a small range up to 50% of the time. This is neat, but Shishilan's already-impressive range means that it adds little in the way of piercing range, and its lack of effects to carry means the wave functions merely as a slight damage increase.
The second is a total immunity to slow, which is unlikely to matter a lot when Shishilan relies on long range and moves slowly already. It can help when Croakley or any other enemy with good range and Slow try to knock him back and keep in from even reaching the enemies, but this is ultimately situational.
The third is a resistance to weaken, which can definitely help an attacking enemy who can also take some hits, but this is ultimately situational as a resistance to an uncommon debuff in the first place. It can definitely help players who have the NP to shell out for this talent, but it is rather limited.
Finally, as a stat-based unit, Shishilan gets both Attack and Defense talents, making good use of both to increase survivability against hard hitters and hit them back. For those who want to boost Shisilan while not having many Uber Rare Catseyes, these talents are worth considering.

Appearance[]
- Normal Form: Appears to be a small, somewhat hunched-over cat-like organism, with the signature Nekoluga dead-eyes. Appears to have two antennae and several spikes on its back. Sometimes shudders their head. Attacks by biting.
- Evolved Form: Now appears to be a very large organism, sporting many spikes protruding out of their body and has horribly proportioned body parts, including a thin femur, a large pelvis, a displaced scapula and a large neck. Moves slowly, and appears to be smiling. Attacks by leaning back, electrifying their spikes and smashing the target with their forearms. Does not appear to have thumbs, but only four fingers. Their arms are now much longer, as well as having gained considerable mass in the forearms that nearly reach the ground.
- True Form: Same as Evolved Form, except they now have swirled markings around their arms and body and darker detail. They also have a series of small spikes on their chin resembling a beard, and their back spines now shimmer and occasionally discharge lightning. Attack animation remains the same, but attacks quicker.

Trivia[]
- "Toge" in Japanese can mean splinter or spine, which explains the many protruding spikes on Togeluga's body.
- This is one of the only cats that has more health in its Normal Form than in its Evolved Form.
- Their Evolved Form has the lowest health among all non-collab Uber Rares.
- Their True Form is tied with Legelan Pasalan as the highest health among all Lugas.
- Togelan Pasalan's and Shishilan Pasalan's descriptions say "he"; however, in the gacha event's former description, it referred to them as "she".
- Prior to Version 9.7, Togelan Pasalan was not immune to waves.
- Shishilan Pasalan is a reference to the Night Walker from the movie Princess Mononoke, also known as a Shishigami, explaining the first part of Shishilan's name. In addition to looking similar, both are described as gods of life and death.
