Does a serviceable amount of damage per hit, but her attacks are Single Target and she has next to no HP. More importantly though, she has a Barrier with a whopping 266,000 health!
Strategy[]
One UltraBaaBaa can be easily stalled using a couple of meatshields, but many of them at a time could be deadly under certain conditions, especially if they also come with other enemies. Her Barrier is basically her lifeline: once you destroy it you can kill her using even the weakest of cats. Barrier Breakers such as Kendo Cat, Loincloth Cat or Li'l Macho Legs Cat can efficiently deal with her. If you don't have a Barrier Breaker, the Breakerblast Cannon or another cat that can do at least 266,000 damage at once is needed or else you cannot defeat this stellar sheep.
Additionally, she can also be left unharmed on purpose so that Cats with Wave Attacks or Surge Attacks can damage other enemies behind her first, like in Haunted Genome for example. Just remember that if you do this, her barrier will still need to be eventually broken, or else the battle can't be won.
Stellar sheep with mighty barrier defense. Spiky looks are actually just bad bedhead. Since everyone keeps their distance, she's paranoid about her breath.
Stellar sheep with a sturdy Barrier. Although characterized by her spiky looks, they're actually just bad bedhead. Has a complex about being seen as unapproachable in spite of her soft body.

Trivia[]
Her design could be a reference to Pigmon, a similarly spiky kaiju from the Ultraman series. Some portrayals of Pigmon give his spikes a texture rather like the ones on UltraBaaBaa's head, and both have grooves in their legs and tail. Her tail is also noticeably longer than Baa Baa's (its full length can be seen right when she attacks), bringing it closer to Pigmon's. This is further supported by how manyoftheotherAliens are also inspired by Ultraman characters.
UltraBaaBaa is most commonly seen in Chapters 2 and 3 of Cats of the Cosmos, but her actual debut was in Singularityville, which was released when there was only one CotC chapter. This is why she appears so much earlier into Legend Stages than Kid Tappa and Ribbo.
She has the lowest health of all Aliens and is tied with Youcan for the highest Barrier limit in the game.
