Compared to Teacher Bear, Ursamajor is twice as fast, attacks more frequently, has a lower knockback count and strengthens by 100% upon losing half of his health. Thankfully, his range is no different from Teacher Bear's, so Dragon Cat, Crazed Dragon Cat and Ururun Cat can still be relied on against him.
Strategy[]
Do not underestimate Ursamajor, as he can push a lot at higher magnifications due to his Strengthen, high damage and lack of backswing. In fact, he can deal up to 36,000 damage at 1,800% magnification when strengthened, as seen in Mysterious Order. Cyberpunk Cat and Neo Psychocat work excellently against Ursamajor, as they can slow him and prevent him from advancing. Don't forget he also has quite the low health, even at higher magnifications.
Visited Earth on a cruise, but strayed from the tour group and got left behind. Works at NASA hoping to sneak onboard a rocket. Gets stronger the more damage he takes.
A bear-like Alien who got lost during a tour to Earth and couldn't return home. Works at a space development company hoping to come back to the stars. Increases his attack power when his health is lowered.

Trivia[]
The Ursa Major is a constellation that multiple cultures believe to look like a bear, which echoes with the enemy's cosmic theme.
His Japanese name, Kumanchū, may be derived from Kumanchu Royale and 宇宙 uchū (outer space; the cosmos).
Even though Ursamajor works at NASA, he never appears there in any chapter.
However, since Ursamajor wishes to stow away on a rocket, this could have explained his absence—he was either attempting to or has done so successfully.
His appearance in Cats of the Cosmos and in the Moon might confirm that he was able to sneak in a rocket successfully.
