Strategy/Usage[]
There are two things that define Vaulter Cat: Long Distance and Zombie Killer. Her ability to hit her target and the units behind can be a massive help in many instances, namely to prevent peons from reaching the frontline and a possibly frail line of meatshields, thus helping her preservation, but also to reach backliners with at most 499 range, as long as there is a stepping stone. She can also be used to intercept approaching Zombies and slow them before they can get close enough to burrow, so her and other Cats with a similar ability may hope to kill said Zombie, removing the danger of them unburrowing in the wrong place at the wrong time, possibly ruining everything.
She is also the only good damage dealer for Zombies who isn't an Uber and has both range and Area Attacks on her side, making her a non-ideal (due to her blindspot), but still great Zombie Killer, at least for a while.
Be aware that this unit has a blindspot and low health, so she needs a very solid defense to work well.
True Form[]
Housewife Cat can barely be called an improvement. Although she slows zombies for a second longer (which makes her a more reliable anti-zombie), she also has increased speed and health as her only other improvements. Her health increases slightly, which gives her a better chance at lasting longer in some occasions. However, her speed is where things get complicated. Due to her nature, a faster speed can easily lead Housewife to run past the meatshields whenever there is an opening in the enemy line, thus putting her in more danger than usual. Although this isn't a big issue and there are benefits to it too, such as getting to the fight earlier or being less vulnerable to the likes of Henry, the other change for general use is so small that it may be recommended, in some situations, to forgo both changes and use her Evolved Form instead, unless you wish to unlock her talents.
Talents[]
Housewife’s Talents can improve her overall damage output, which can become very high, even more so than Medalist Cat. The Savage Blow talent is the talent you should invest in first as it helps Housewife become better as a damage dealer; but it is recommended you get Attack Up to supplement it after boosting with catseyes, as Attack Up is a multiplicative increase to Savage Blow's damage as well. Health Up is not recommended due to Housewife's LD making it so that the more time she's taking damage, the less she's likely to output, and is of lesser priority than Attack Up and Savage Blow. Curse and Weaken resist aren't relevant and are not worth investing in.
