Besides her decently high health and DPS, the scariest thing about Winged Pigge is that she has a very fast attack rate and 100% chance to weaken cats to 10% for 5 seconds, gravely crippling whatever attackers you're using against her. She has only 10 more range than St. Pigge, but her Omni Strike reaches 340 range, letting her weaken groups of mid-ranged cats while also tanking hits for other enemies.
Although she may not seem that deadly on her own, a lot of the time, she is paired with quite extreme threats, such as R.Ost in Heaven's Oasis and Super Metal Hippoe in Woods of Resentment, where the main answers to the aformentioned enemies do not fare well against Winged Pigge.
Strategy[]
Do not let Winged Pigge weaken your attackers as that will make her extremely difficult to get rid of. Because she has long reach, tanky meatshields such as Manic Eraser Cat and/or Ramen Cat are best against her.
Cyborg Cat outranges her, deals heavy damage when stacked, and being immune to weaken, they will not be crippled as much if Winged Pigge does hit. Beware her high cost, though, as if you don't stall beforehand, you could end up without money to continue spamming Cyborg Cats, which may cost you a victory.
Many Uber Rares from the Ultra Souls set are excellent counters to this enemy: King Gamereon for his resistance to Angels and immunity to Weaken, being able to nearly solo her at level 40; The Peach Devils for being able to freeze her, and if Talented, weaken her too; Jizo's Moving/Mega-Castle for its huge damage, being able to kill her in a few hits although if you are using his True Form, be mindful of other attackers that may do enough damage to cause Winged Pigge to be knocked back by the first two multi-hit attacks; and Kinrangers Robo/GigaForce for being able to slow her, and if True Formed, Curse her to disable the weaken ability.
Kalisa will be weakened and knocked back before she can hit Winged Pigge, so her first strike is the most valuable against her. Otherwise, it is recommended to use Lesser Demon Cat, as he deals extreme damage and is immune to weaken; and can effectively do what Kalisa should do. However, despite being outranged by just 10, Winged Pigge typically inflicts too much damage for Lesser Demon Cat to get a clean hit off unless support and Talents are put into the equation.
Curling Cat is a useful tank against Winged Pigge; and should be unlocked at this point in the game. If not already, hypermax this cat without regret.
Kasli the Bane is excellent against Winged Pigge as she outranges Winged Pigge's Omni Strike by 60 and can consistently curse Winged Pigge, making her primary gimmick useless. Even if Winged Pigge does hit, Kasli the Bane’s immunity to Weaken won’t make her get crippled down.
Mighty Rekon Korps works well against Winged Pigge, as he can be expected to be knocked back, then start an attack that will hit just after the weaken effect runs out, thus making this unit basically immune to Winged Pigge's weaken ability.
Goddess of Light Sirius is an amazing choice of a unit, as it outranges Winged Pigge's Omnistrikes, is immune to weaken, and can tank a few hits seeing as Sirius has Strong Against and is decently tanky already.
A lovely Pigge with a cute heart-shaped nose. She doesn't mean any harm with her merry bouncing, but it'll crush your will to fight. Just wants to go home to her heavenly family.
Her cutesy bouncing causes those who see it to lose their will to fight. It seems likely that the theory of natural instinct to return to the heavenly world is working and influential.

Trivia[]
Her name and appearance reference the phrase "when pigs fly", although her wings could never realistically allow her to take flight.
Her Japanese name, Tenshi Butta, may be a pun combining buta (pig) and budda (Buddha); tenshi simply means "angel".
She originally had a minimum range of 0 rather than -340. This was changed at an unknown date.
