Strategy/Usage[]
An incredibly tanky and spammable Rare unit similar to an anti-Zombie Rocker Cat, Sifu Cat is a wonderful meatshield against his niche, capable of tanking several hits from Zombie bosses such as Lord Gravey, Zamelle, Inumusha and even Daboo of the Dead, stalling them while also doing decent damage.
The Multi-Hit ability decreases Sifu Cat's overall DPS, as it divides his attack's damage into three hits. As such, Sifu Cat will sometimes impede Zombie Killer units from landing the final hit, although this also makes it more likely to trigger in a large group of units. Sifu Cat's somewhat long recharge time when compared to other meatshields, even those with higher stats such as Rocker, makes using him as your only meatshield a poor choice in most stages unless "Research" Effect UP Combos are also used. Additionally, his cost is relatively high for a meatshield, making his usability more limited considering what he does, as while he can tank and dish out decent damage, he requires support from other anti-Zombies against stronger foes like Zang Roo, as he has no hope of taking them out directly.
True Form[]
Shigong Cat gains a simple health increase and slow immunity. He can now counter Daboo of the Dead and Zomboe much better, while the health boost further improves his matchup against Zombies. He still keeps his general problems but is even better at what he does and can be an excellent addition in many Zombie stages.
