Strategy/Usage

Despite a 100% chance to freeze Red enemies, Xiaoquiong & Cat fails as a spammable crowd-controller due to poor stats, a terrible Freeze uptime, and Single-Target attacks. Even worse, her niche causes her to face competition with iCat, which has significantly more health, a lower recharge time, way better uptime, and Area Attack. Even if one doesn't have iCat, however, she still gets outclassed by cheaper, more reliable control options like Witch Cat and Pirate Cat, leaving no real reason to use her beyond User Rank.
